Note
Non-disclosure: A subject matter, based on which a patent should be filed, must be new. It is therefore important for the inventor to know that, when his invention is disclosed before the filing date of his patent application, he is no longer entitled to any patent right relating to his invention in most of the countries in the world. Hence a non-disclosure agreement should be arranged or the invention should be kept secret. An exception is the conversation regarding the invention between the inventor and the patent attorneys since patent attorneys are obligated to observe the rule of confidentiality due to the nature of their profession.
